I would suggest the trainer to speak in normal way not like robot.. but the training course is pretty good.

The course in general is great, however, i wish if the instructor avoid using ESXI and used normal VMs or at least explain how to install and deal with ESXI

Excellent course, I had issues with th HA sync, and I found this link https://devcentral.f5.com/s/question/0D51T00006i7iY0/devices-are-not-synchronizing-configuration-to-each-other The issue was: I have also run into this caveat. I am running 13.1.1.4 on VMware Workstation 15 on Fedora 29 Linux kernel 5.0.4 Thanks to the help of F5 FSE, I have managed to resolve it by adding the following DB variables on each VM on WMware Workstation 15.x: tmsh modify /sys db tm.tcplargereceiveoffload value disable tmsh modify /sys db tm.tcpsegmentationoffload value disable It appears that WMware loses packets when offload is enabled. Thanks

Being an instructor in the IT industry myself, I would say Dean delivered a course jam-packed with detail, was easy to follow and communicated well in English. He also responded quickly to my questions and concerns which is difficult considering time zone differences. Above all that, this course was FREE of charge which motivated me to purchase other courses that he may run. I had already purchased 2 and am pleased with the first one so far. Hi Dean, Firstly, I know this is a free course and you're not entitled to provide a lot in this. However, this is like a pre-requisite to the other F5 course and we need this for the lab to be properly setup. There were a lot of details missing in this course. Not everyone has access to a ESXI, Intel NUC and it would have been much better if you explained with the help of VMWare workstation or virtual box in that case. There were a lot of details missing, the 3 training servers were spun up magically without any video recording of it and also the credentials do not work on the training server, I have no way of accessing the server. I expected a much smoot way of setting up the lab for practise and this is no where close. Hope you understand and address these.

the applicable content based on my profession is video 9, I feel like my hours were wasted on the previous videos as those requirements can be flashed on screen and need not to be discussed in great detail. after continuing to view the rest of the course, I find it interesting the other content. I have been a presales for a long time but I find it easy to understand the instructions. Now I have gained new knowledge on this product. My perspective has changed. Thanks for this free course.
