This is my 4th course and at the end of it, I didn't feel the satisfaction in the gained knowledge as I did for some other courses of yours. The 'extended version' is a feeling killer, most of all because I would've gone straight to it. Good quality content.

Kurs jest niekompletny. Wiele treści znajduje się dopiero w dodatkowym kursie, który trzeba wykupić w ramach abonamentu na stronie instruktora. Mało konkretnej wiedzy, wiele ogólników. Cóż, nie polecam.

This is not "The Missing User's Manual For Your Body" it's a pre-sale for that manual. Information is waaay too basic and the course is pretty cut out. I wouldn't recommend spending your money or time on this one.

I've been a fan for a long time, but there are editing mistakes in here that are pretty bad so far. Issues such as T making a transition statement to the next section ... "Supplementation" ... which isn't in the Udemy version of the course. Minor, but reflects a lack of attention to detail. Then there are questions in the Quizzes that are not discussed in the Udemy material. For example, at the end of section 2 on Nutrition, there are no lessons that discuss carb cycling or supplements, but there are quiz questions on those topics. This leaves me feeling the level of effort to insure your usual level of quality has fallen quite short. The Udemy version of the course seems a poor representation of the more expensive masterclass and makes me question what the quality of the masterclass may be as well.

This is great material to understand the basics of exercise and what we can do to improve my body. I enjoy the basics and excited to start exercising. The only thing missing, which are the exercises. They mention specific exercises (by name), but need to learn them, perhaps I can look them up on Youtube.

I am a veteran of many Johnathan Levi courses. I keep going back because Mr. Levi consistently hits the perfect balance between relevant information easily digestible presentation. This course was no exception. If you're new to working out, this is one of the best resources out there and likely the single best fitness course on Udemy. I've been working out on my own for quite a while now, but even I learned quite a bit of new information here. I only wish I could have found this course sooner; it would have made my workouts more efficient and saved me some money spent on personal trainers. Highly recommended!

It was going really well... up until I realised that they have removed some of the lectures to presumably put into the Masterclass without making this clear to the students. The course is well priced for what you do receive, but I would be willing to pay slightly more for the completed version. It sucks to be disappointed with this course that I got excited for - especially coming from the Superlearning course that was so excellent. Sad!

It is a great entry-level course on exercises and fitness fundamentals, the resources are sufficient to show an overview of various topics such as nutrition, training routines and fitness, and is explained in an easy way that allows for quick understanding. I would love to see more insights and deeper knowledge, but the main objective is, in the end, to take responsibility for our own development and go into practice directly and quickly.
