Very generic basic information. However there is very simple and effective explanations for beginners.

It's a good course. Instructor is very knowledgeable. The Rest & Recovery, and The 3 Day Split are very useful to me particularly. I would suggest having the written part of the module as a document for download rather than at the end of video.

I just learning the basics but the teacher does not use any material to make less tedious. He needs support from diagrams, fotos, etc.

After years of doing the same, boring routine at the gym, I needed to bring back some focus and structure to my training. I stumbled across this course by chance and thought I'd give it a go. Mark presents himself as an honest and genuine guy who clearly puts in the time and knows what he's talking about. I've now been through this course twice and am already starting to see positive results. The modules are informative, easy to follow and best of all, tailored to the 'busy person'. If you're struggling to find the time or motivation for the gym like I was, then I would highly recommend this course.

It was a perfect match for me. Mark is really well educated and experienced in everything he brings up. I do some exercise from home and have found a lot of what Mark the Trainer says has rung true. I think you sometimes get stuck in your regular workout routine so seeing a fresh slant gives me quick advice and guidance as to how I can achieve more in less time. I work long hours and can fit this new regime around my working day and my family. Mark is so easy to understand and I'm impressed with the content, quality and value for money. For someone who can’t train as much as i used to this course is ideal. Informative, helpful and full of useful hints and tips to make the most of the time I now do have to train. Also lots of interesting facts that I actually wasn’t aware of relating to the muscles. The instructor clearly understands the needs of the ‘working / family person’. I’m also looking forward to trying out some of the dietary tips to try and help lose those extra few pounds. Great course, thanks Mark.

Learnt more today in 2 hours listening to this course than I have in the last few months and I've been spending £40 an hour on a PT - what a waste of money! Easy to understand for a novice like me and took a lot that I can easily apply to make my training work. It has made me understand where I am going wrong and I am now looking forward to putting this into practice. I'll be looking out for more courses from this guy.

I'm really liking this course. The various stages of training are being explained really clearly. I like how the guy takes time to explain why we should and shouldn't do various things. It's quite inspiring to be honest , and is exactly what I wanted to help me get into better shape. added - Finished the course now, really pleased with it - great all round intro to losing a few pounds of fat and gaining a bit of muscle !

At last a real world, easy to listen step by step course for those that work. Trainer explains in useful, informative, bite size chunks that were clear and easy to understand, even to the lay man. Its clear the trainer has great knowledge and you will see the results if you follow the course as directed. Thoroughly recommend it. Be sure to sign up you won’t regret it!
