I've been lifting weights for around a decade and have always been focused on strength - my lifting routing is aimed towards that rather than aesthetics. I've been looking to cut a bit of excess weight to help with activities such as mountaineering, climbing and not change up my lifting routine so I was looking for dietary advice on how to achieve a calorie deficit with minimal impact on my lifts. So here I'm giving the course 5* based on what I've seen there. Quickly glancing over the course content it looks perfect for people who want to improve their aesthetics (Increase muscle mass and reduce fat), it covers all the essential compounds and isolation movements to build a well-rounded aesthetically pleasing physique. I would say this course isn't typically aimed at powerlifters and strongman competitors, however if you are one of these and are looking to shed a few pounds and are struggling to find a suitable diet that will enable you to maintain your lifts then look no further.

Great course and great content. The explanations are really clear and the presenters clearly know what they are talking about. The difficulty I have always found is getting the nutrition right with a workout plan and this nails both that and getting the right workout routine for what you need.

As you are reading this review you have yet to realise that this is an excellent and comprehensive course designed to enable you to fulfil your fitness goals. It takes the complex topics of muscle building and fat loss and breaks them down into bite size chunks that will inform you of everything you need to know so that you will be successful in your body sculpting goals. So long as you follow the program and apply the information it contains I have no doubt that you will benefit greatly from undertaking this course. It's packed full of expert advice and tips. A great guide to managing your goals and explanations behind each section rather than simply 'cut your calories' t lose weight or do 'lift more' to bulk up. I'll be giving the tips a try next time I hit the gym :)

Very informative and to the point. It's also easy to follow which is a bonus. I don't need to read up on gym techniques or what I should be eating which is time consuming and a minefield of opinion. or get a personal trainer which racks up in cost. Happy customer so far!
