While the intention is good and there are a few truths in the course, the entire thing is just way drawn out with nonsense padding and fluff. This could be very well edited into an actually good 8-9 minutes long video or a few pages long article, but as it is now, it's just boring and over-diluted with unnecessary sentences. The droning, monotonous presentation coupled with the constant gesturing doesn't help either,

Would like to have seen a section on how to effectively replace or change bad habit to good one. For example, when you find yourself starting down the path of repeating bad habit, how do you recognize that and replace with better behavior.

Amazing! Already learned a lot about how to build good habits, and learning more with each lecture. This course references a lot of scientific studies on habits, and even debunks many of the myths surrounding habits. Really good.
