It shows me exactly how to do all the exercises, especially hew ones I have never seen before. It also shows me substitutions in case I do not have every machine available.

So far 1 week into the course and I'm feeling some results. Unfortunately I can't maintain the M, Tu, Wed, Fri, Sat schedule, so I won't be able to get the maximum out of this workout plan, but I love being able to play the video on my smartphone at the gym to help remind me how a particular exercise is done. Keep it up Tim!
