☑ How to build a team
☑ How to create a work culture
If you’re ready to start growing your work team, this course will give you the skills to find an incredible team and the knowledge to create a productive work environment.
If you’re a small business owner or entrepreneur, you know what it means to build a business from the ground up. It takes smart thinking, ingenuity, and a ton of hard work to create a successful business.
Many small business owners are very protective of their vision because they know exactly where they want to take their business. Sooner or later, though, most entrepreneurs recognize that they need help to grow.
They can work 80 hours a week, but in order to meet the demands of their business, it’s going to take a team.
You may be the type of person who does everything for themselves. You trust yourself the most, you’re the one who understands your vision the most, and you’re the best person to see that vision come to fruition.
That’s a good plan if you have a very small business that depends solely on your own efforts. There are some small businesses that can be run by one person.
However, if you want to significantly expand your business, you’re probably going to need help.
For most businesses, great success arises from having an incredible team of workers - a group of people who:
● Understand and share your values
● Have a strong work ethic
● Have the skills to push things forward
You will learn how to:
Find the right people for your team
Make your employees feel valued
Create a great workplace culture
And much more...

Great course The information in this course may not be novel or unique, but it reminded me to the ideas and steps that I overlooked before
TLDR; Half of the course is padding and duplicated content, maybe 1/4th or 1/3rd of the course useful. Start straight Section 4. Skip end part of it from 8:22, it's same as Section 5. More throughly: ===================== All section Introduction parts are totally unnecessary and can be skipped without missing anything. Section 3 was also pretty much unnecessary. It makes me think all introductions and Section 3 were just there to pad the course lenght up a bit to justify it. Things get interesting and useful and have some valuable information only starting at Section 4. So pretty much safe to start from there. Sadly this course falls again in whole diversity garbage and representation. Way things are talked about diversity, makes me feel like again there's no real diversity. In my experience REAL diversity is diversity of thinking and thought, that creates out of the box thinking, not some other garbage things disguised as "diversity". Skip whole last 7 minutes of Section 4, it's duplication of Section 5. Ddid anyone actually check this course through at all? Leaves incompetent impression when 7 minutes of material is duplicated! HOW did that happen? To course creator, please, RESPECT peoples time. Time is limited asset and wasting it with extra padding and duplicate content will only make me think you do not value time of people that check out the course. Otherwise I'd say course did have some valuable information, so it's not all useless. 2 stars, have to take some away from diversity garbage and fluff padding content, and duplicated content that were probably almost HALF of the course.
Great content and excellent delivery. At times it felt repetitive but I noticed that it was to stress important information. I wished there were more visual aids like bullet points or icons to help one to focus on the topics.
