It was a good free course to learn about breathwork. The actual meditations were simple but powerful. I will use them again. The instructor is wonderful, and you can tell that he is in his soul-aligned career being a breathwork meditation teacher.

I love this course and I like how much in depth he discusses the effect of deep breathing on your mental state and why. I feel like it gives you hope and power in breathing because most of the time deep thoughtful breathing seems worthless in the moment. I wish he spent more time on explaining the sensations and technique to connecting with your body so far and compare that to the effects it has on the mind
