I found it hard to concentrate on the speaker's voice as there was a lot of jaw/mouth noise. There was great content and commentary.

Part 1: Break-even analysis The content being covered in the lectures is interesting and useful, and the lecturer seems to be familiar with the topic. However, there are a few minor mistakes being committed. For example, at one point the lecturer mistakes total overheads (= total fixed costs in the example in the lecture) for the sum of total fixed and total variable costs. (She does it better later on in the lecture!) Apart from that, I honestly think that using Excel instead of a seemingly outdated design software in order to draw the break-even graph would improve the learning experience substantially :) Part 2: Pricing I really like this chapter, since the lecturer covers different pricing strategies such as market penetration and market skimming pricing as well as pricing "phenomena" like psychological pricing and loss leaders. Hence, this chapter is not only of much help for prospective entrepreneurs, but also a good reminder for business graduates who'd like to revise basic pricing concepts. However, if I were someone planning to start his own business, I'd like the lecturer to put even more emphasis on how one can apply the different pricing strategies in different situations (different competitive landscapes, different cost structures, etc.). These could be included in the (extremely helpful) sample calculation in the second pricing lecture.
