With 29 expertly crafted videos and a comprehensive set of instructions, drills, and routines, you're guaranteed to progress at your own pace or embark on the thrilling 30 Days Challenge: Mastering Breakdancing Basics.
How It Works:
- Learning at Your Own Pace: Each day brings a new skill to learn and perfect. From the basic steps to intricate freezes and power moves, you'll build your repertoire step by step.
- The 30 Days Challenge: A structured program designed to take your breakdancing from beginner to intermediate level in just one month! Follow along with a new lesson each day, culminating in a full routine that includes toprock, footwork, and the iconic windmill move.
Your 30-Day Breakdown:
Week 1:
- Days 1-4: Introduction to breakdancing and fundamental footwork. ποΈ
- Days 5-7: Learn the Toprock Routine to get your moves flowing smoothly. πβ¨

Week 2:
- Days 9-11: Dive into Go Downs with moves like the Cork Screw and Knee Drop. β¬οΈ

Week 3:

Week 4:
- Days 21-23: All Freezes Review - time to nail those freezes! β

Final Week:
