Leon breaks down the material into bite sized learning. He explains things in enough detail that you understand the why - why is eating blueberries healthy but doesn't go to far down the rabbit hole with details. I also like that he provides easy to do ideas!

The instructor repeats himself often, with the less important facts like for example how much tea he drinks a day or how much pomegranates he eats. There are a few statements that he presents as true no matter what, that are not founded on science. It all becomes a long presentation of a different food on each slide.

Bin etwas enttäuscht. Der Kurs war im Grunde nicht mehr als ein Podcast von einem interessiertem Hobby-Ernährungswissenschaftler. Kann den Kurs leider nicht weiterempfehlen, und jedem Raten sich lieber ein Hörbuch von Audible zu leisten.

This is something which everyone who want to really succeed in life in a wholesome manner should learn about. I wish they teach this in high school. Expressions like 'gut-feeling' does make real, scientific sense.
