Didn't get much the reason of those figures gym exercises. wanted to know more about the brain hacks. the music was louder than her voice and could hardly get what she was saying.

I love this course, it provides step by step brain exercises from easy to more complex ones. I can follow this course daily and pick any of the exercises to do for at least 10 mins. I find that it does help to stimulate my brain, I am more focus and remember things better.
