Remember when you first heard your own voice played back in a recording? Remember how different it sounded from what you though your voice sounded like? Well, what one's body is saying could be that different from what your voice is saying. Good awarenesses to help make your whole communication consistent with what your intention happens to be. I could see this being useful for anyone, but it covers things essential to professionals. And it's all here in one place. Very handy to me, for sure.
