This course is stated as being for all skill levels but you can gleen more knowledge from an average youtube video. She doesn't display keystrokes and states what key she presses occasionally, even when she does you have to realize what an "option" key is on PC. Easily rectified by a keystroke tool. She just starts modeling with no reference, which isn't stated doesn't explain her design choice and is clear shes just "wingin it". If you're going to go for no reference than at least explain your technique. An expert has a clear goal or vision even if there are moments of freeform modeling. A beginner wouldnt even know what he/she is doing because she doesn't start with a setup or configuration of blender or even state what version shes on, just jumps into modeling what comes to her mind. This is not instructional and unprofessional. I understand if she is self taught but even professional freelancers learn certain discipline. Not worth the price when compared to other more professional options that will better serve you. TIME IS VALUABLE!

I don't think the music in the background is nesseacry during the video as the instructor speaks. It is distracting and makes it harder to focus on what the instructor is saying.

To pierwszy kurs, który robię w Blenedr School. Pani cośtam robi, ale mało tłumaczy, trochę się myli, a droga, którą obiera przy modelowaniu pewnych elementów jest więcej niż zastanawiająca. Zobaczymy jak będzie dalej!

At the moment I don't find it takes a good teaching approach. That is to say it doesn't really teach much. It is mostly follow along and it isn't even well explained then. I have experience with Blender which makes it possible for me to eventually accomplish mostly what is set out as a project. I would not recommend this for beginners as it requires a lot of going back and forth, replaying to find out what and how it is done and scouring through the q&a. So far I've just done the first lesson so it's possible it gets better as the teacher gets more experience. I will update this rating accordingly if so.

Buen curso para realizar practicas. Realice todos los ejercicios, aunque el profesor conoce de la herramienta es algo notorio que se confunde con algunos términos, pudiera ser que el ingles no es su idioma natal. Lo recomiendo pero uno debe de estar preparado para esos detalles.

A good course for beginners. Lots of different models and basics of the program. It could use more texturing, creating UV or some hand painting, instead of constantly using basic shaders / materials, and more noodles explanation. After completing the course, you can go ahead and do your own thing in a blender. The lessons are explained and easy to follow.

Playing video on half of the speed is the only way for me to catch something. It would be great if I know hot keys before starting this course

I'm quite happy with content variety of this course! Lots of different exercises, I'd recommend you to have a bit of experience with blender to have a smoother experience, if not go check out chapter 15. ^^ Super cute works, nice lofi background music and the voice of the lecturer is so nice that it gives a relaxing almost asmr'ish experience. Thanks a lot!

This is very nice course, the idea that calm music is during course is good. I think that should be normal for all courses:) Unfortunately student has to know the very basics of Blender to do anything in the course, such as moving, changing mode etc. I know those things, but if you totally new for Blender you have to learn basics previously. One tip to teacher: can you set Blender to show keys you have pressed? Maybe it could be adviceful to those who don't know anything in Blender. Greetings.

I've finished the first tutorial on make a building. The steps for modeling are just said not to be shown. In some cases I could not follow the tutorial and solved it individually according to my taste. The course is absolutely not for beginners. You need some basic knowledge to follow the course.

I am very satisfied with this course, the instructor seems very related to the program and has experience teaching. Also her English is perfect, my native language is Spanish and the instructor's English is very clear, and that's awesom. I just finish the first section and I feel that I have learned a lot, I'm going through the second block and the quality of the videos remains the same or better.

So far so good... But i have to mention that without a basic knowledge of blender will be harder to follow along. Other than that the course content is great... However i still in the first section. ofc i will update my review later

Normally, I don't rate a course that early... but in this case: This course is absolutely brilliant ! I've done a ton of Blender tutorials before, but with this course it's different. In other tutorials you'll learn how to create a weapon etc. - but I always got stuck if it comes to my own model.... I never really know how to start.... Even after my first chapter, I've got an idea how to create my own stuff in Blender. You'll see different kinds of modelling techniques that will definitely help you to get really into Blender. To be honest, I can't wait to finish every single chapter and at the end, I am 100% sure I can finally create my own, cool looking characters and scenes. Thank you for this awesome course !
