I love this course & am so glad I found it. The instructor takes her time to explain everything very well & gives reminders as you go. It is a complete program with a lot of flexibility as there are several kriya modules to choose from, I watched everything once & just finished doing the complete program from tuning in & warm up to close, choosing one of the kriyas and a meditation. The long relaxation is not just something hung on the end of the program - you do the whole relaxation plus can add a brief meditation. The whole experience is peaceful & encouraging. I feel great from all the deep breathing and movement. Also, the instructor gives you suggestions for doing the program when you are short on time. I think this course will be accessible for most people & especially good for those who are put off by speedy, difficult hatha yoga classes. Update: This was my first experience with Kundalini Yoga (after years of thinking it was somehow strange). I enjoyed this class so much that I found a wonderful teacher here in my town & began classes. I am now in my second month of a year-long Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training. I love it. This class has led to some pretty important life changes! And I am still doing these classes here at home. Lots of blessings to you!

Harjan Kaur is an amazing instructor. I am brand new to Kundalini Yoga but picked up the techniques quickly thanks to Harjan Kaur instruction. This class is great for everyone and is fun and engaging. My favorite part about this course is I am not only getting excercise but I am also working on my digestive health. This course is amazing!

Duidelijke uitleg over de belangrijke punten in deze cursus: wat is het en hoe doe je het en waar moet ik opletten, zeker van belang als iemand geen ervaring heeft met kundalini yoga.
