It was good, but for somebody knowing nothing about Instructional Design, I would have liked a course that makes me do small little projects that gets marked and feedback sent. When you're alone at home with no input from others, the only feedback one get is from the forums, and then only when people feel like answering. A structured project process will teach me better than any 'telling' will do.

Good intro. Sound trails off at the end of most, if not all, of the topics w/in a section. Grabbed some valuable info here.

Content is ok but the quality is not so good. Her voice gets cut off sometimes in the beginning and also at the end.

It was good course with content shared but would have been better with practical examples and how to storyboard as an ID.

I did not know anything about ID when I started this course, and while I know there is still much to learn, this is giving me a good introduction to this topic.

Yes this is my first time, I've never dealt with this sector before even though I am from a design background and I am highly excited by this venture I am on and with this course I feel I can achieve it.

Really useful course. Best for those with a foundation of understanding. Clearly explained and very practical, it has given me lots of good ideas to bring to my job and has also inspired me to keep learning more.

The course provides a good start for people wanting to move into the instructional design field. If you're looking for something more in-depth the instructor leaves the footwork up to you. Most of this is more of an overview. Videos all had the same scribe style but the overall design factor felt a bit dated. There's some good resources in there to help you wrap your head around ID tasks.

As an Instructional Designer (starting out) some of the early content wasn't new to me, but the second half was great and really helpful when considering how much I already design this way whilst giving me new theory and tools to use. My only criticism was the audio, not sure if this was due to the player on the site or my equipment but the audio through the video scribes was not as clear as it could have been and I had to scrub back through a few of the lesson to catch what was said.
