Good course overall, pretty straight forward on the subject. I definitely learned things and I can't wait to practice. I removed half a star because sometimes I would have appreciate a little bit more explanations or details, also the teacher spoke a little fast for me, so I had to stop and rewind a couple of times.

I learned so much regarding objections and how to deal with them in various ways and situations. I also think these ways of dealing with objections will make clients feel comfortable in sharing their thoughts and feelings with me in future.
