Thanks to this course you can not only do some physical exercises, but also learn about the theory behind them. The pace of the exercises is moderate, the comments are numerous - it's really pleasent and safe, as its name suggests.

Thankyou for this course. I found it very interestingall the information for all the ages. I actually liked the back exercises...have 3 discs ruptured, my physiotherapist recommended some of these exercises to me and yes I feel a lot better now. Thanks once again.

In my opinion - I acted as a yoga-teacher for years - the exercises of that course are excellent explained and shown. Beside this they are basics for different ages, unsportive and sportive people - but people should be very carefully. Perhaps for some it could be usefull to be accompanied by a teacher during the first time. I am glad for this course. Thanks! Inga
