  • Savarin - A light yeast based dough baked and soaked in a flavorful syrup that accomapies well with cream and fresh fruits.

words is hard to describe. step by steps in everything. detailed explanation for the recipe, what he is adding or doing. although, I would need more clarification to clarification where when there two measurement of water is used to boil or add in a mixer. all in all, I love his classes
