Hi,

I'm Ersin founder of Overdose Coffee and Owner of "Kahve Sakal" YouTube channel. I trained dozens of coffee veterans who benefited from the courses I gave at Overdose Coffee Academy, but I decided to do an online course in order to make this work more accessible. It was a very helpful course, some things were a little hard to understand cause of the accent, but overall very helpful. Although the last lecture is the same video as the prevoius one.

It is very informative. However, the subsection 44 and 45 (Real life Simulation scenarios and Expresso Machine Cleaning and Maintenance) have the same audio and video clips. This can be rectified. Overall, very good and informative course!! Keep up the Good work!! :) :) :)

the resources' quality is absolutely bad. They are main poor quality images which will crack when zooming in to view. The information is not put in a clear structure and there's no subtitles. There's no effort in making the video. All of the machine explaination was not shown enough, just the video of the instructor speaking.

Yes, amazing course, very informative, especially from someone so passionate about coffee... maybe consideration can be made for perhaps; a better sounding microphone, subtitles and not talking when the machine makes loud noises... Overall, amazing!

Big messup in editing the video. Totally breaks the link of understanding. Certain places its hard to understand due to the accent and the way of pronunciation. Apart from that the good part was the knowlegde and content. Altought it was difficult to catch it all for various reasons.

It is a very interesting course. However I would recommend subtitles being added as his accent is hard to understand.

Yes course was a good match for me, a long time since my original Barista course and i had a long gap from cafe work. I am now working in a speciality coffee house and this course reminded me of a few things but also re-inforced that i still had the knowledge. Really enjoying it so far!

Though, precise, meticulous, organized, repeats second and third time, so you have opportunity to truly grasp not only technique, but more important, the visual justification/proof for method.
