Loved the smoothing music and the way the instructor talks calmly and spends exact time on every asaan. Would love to see a daily yoga sessions for whole 7 days covering other asaans as well, that will be a hit for sure. Thanks for such a wonderful course.

The information is good but the PDF handout doesn't work and if I need to find out my dosha. The instructor did not introduce herself so I don't even know her name to try and write to her. I find no way to contact her with my needs and she hasn't replied to the questions under the videos so I did not try that. Communication is also important to go along with the information provided.

The teacher way to explain and to speak is amazing.I rate with 5 stars ?????this course because I am in love with this course!!!! Very important knowledge in a short time,and that is fantastic!!to learn the essentials knowledge of the course .Is not long for many hours and this is important for me :short course with the maximum of knowledge in minimum the time and which I can integrate in my life in easy way.Is the best choice of mine at End of this year 2018;Iwould recommend it yes!

This is a great course for any seeker who wants to learn the body composition according to ayurveda studies. The best part of the course is the meditation session and yoga sessions. The music used the meditation session is very calming and relaxing . Thank you. excellent course.

This course has been very helpful in providing information specific to things to do to address all needs specific to doshas. This is the first presentation regarding Ayurveda that has been presented in such an easy to understand manner.

Madhuri has done a great job of giving basic knowledge about Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation. As a Yoga Instructor myself I appreciate how she put the routines together. Easy going and Effective. Meditation was very peaceful. She has beautiful voice for this. Quality of instruction, voice, audio and video all was great.
