Above expectation! The principles how to prepare and use are explained clearly, based on the Ayurveda literature. Examples are given of the dosage forms.

No. The Instructor spent half the lecture time saying everything in Sanskrit, then translating it into English.
He SHOULD have taught it ALL in English, since he presents Ayurvedic herbal knowledge, NOT a foreign language course.

I am an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and I understand and know a good deal of this information but I am greatly enjoying the way it is presented and it is very usable. I am glad for the price because I would have felt like it was too basic for my needs. Otherwise, I am really enjoying it and I am learning something. That is always true, right?

Its not interactive at all, only videos. This is not a good way to learn and information does not really go in this way. There is not much useful imagery, and when there is it flashes on the screen too quickly. I was expecting some question/answer time or something slightly more interactive. Its too basic.
