Communication is Average, Skips Video frames, Buggy Python Code provided & AWS Content updates not updated. Has to update course with a simpler structure that enables learning instead of providing complicated buggy python code.

Well structured course, could have given a practical example of implementing SCD type 2 job using Glue. Any optimization techniques (cost and code) would have been the highlight. Overall this course is for all those who knows glue and needs a deep dive. Well done !

Pros - Instructor covered AWS Glue topics from real time project perspective. Cons - Sometimes the lessons feels rushed and already created scripts were used. We could have learned more if the scripts were edited/created as part of the lessons.

Not having access to a public aws instance means i can't do the labs. In previous courses training accounts have been provided. None of this was provided in the course description or pre-reqs.

unclear instructions on assignments, instructor wanders around the topics too much - needs to stay on-point more. The IAM role name in this video does not seem to match what I created in a previous section, a bit frustrating.

This course on Udemy is truly exceptional and is one of the best and most up-to-date hands-on courses on this platform; in fact, it was recorded recently. Many courses here are sold as current, but were recorded 2 or 3 years ago. Although it's sometimes a bit difficult to keep track of the content because it's just so scattered in some cases that you occasionally have to rewind and re-watch the previous videos, I highly recommend this course.

Great course for the understanding AWS Glue ETL services. This course cover the knowledge requires for understanding Glue ETL concepts in depth. Some improvement is needed from editing the slides but overall happy with the content of the course. Would recommend this course to others.

It is assumed that only python will be used .. But we are planning to move from Talend to AWS glue , so we expected more visual job templates.. Also expected some samples of connecting with different data sources like ( RDBS , Unstructured data sources, api's etc)

A lot of useful information, and covered a lot of topics. A few mistakes were made, which are called out in the Q&A already. I'd have liked more variety in the labs, where some of them felt redundant. Also, a bit more project work where it was less guided and we were simply given a task with some parameters, and an expected output. I did not care for editing out all of the pauses and job runs. It could have made for some valuable time to either elaborate on why we made the decisions we did, or what other options we may have considered. I frequently had to pause or rewind while implementing what was just described, rather than pausing to consider what I was doing and let it sink in.
