AWS Application Integration Services

This course is primarily focused on various Application Integration services available on AWS (Amazon Web Services). You will be learning each of these App Integration services one by one with hands-on practical exercise on creating instances. When you building a mobile, web or IoT application on the cloud, you may require some kind of extra features that can be added for upgrading the performance and usability of your application, for example- you can use SNS to create push notifications for your mobile or web users. What is Amazon MQ?

It is a managed message broker service for Apache ActiveMQ that makes it easy to set up and operate message brokers in the cloud. Message brokers allow different software systems often using different programming languages, and on different platforms to communicate and exchange information.

What is Amazon SNS (Simple Notification Service)

It is a fully managed messaging service for both system-to-system and app-to-person (A2P) communication. It enables you to communicate between systems through publish/subscribe patterns that enable messaging between decoupled microservice applications or to communicate directly to users via SMS, mobile push notifications and email.

What is Amazon SQS (Simple Queue Service)

It is a fully managed message queuing service that enables you to decouple and scale microservices, distributed systems, and serverless applications. SQS eliminates the complexity and overhead associated with managing and operating message oriented middleware.

What is AWS Step Functions

It is a serverless function orchestrator that makes it easy to sequence AWS Lambda functions and multiple AWS services into business-critical applications. Through its visual interface, you can create and run a series of checkpointed and event-driven workflows that maintain the application state.
