This is at best a Table of Contents for a course, but where's the ACTUAL CONTENT? The "courses" like this are becoming an epidemic on this platform. It's obvious why (if it isn't obvious to you multiply number of students for this course by $20) but someone has to start resisting this. It's a great shame really because Terry is clearly knowledgeable about this stuff and could impart his clearly vast knowledge/experience on the new generation of salesmen, but that would require time and effort to build a course that's at least 10 times as long, with strategies, real-life examples etc. I can't in good conscience recommend people spend 20 bucks on what essentially amounts to a short orientation that your sales manager gives you on your SECOND DAY as a rookie in a dealership.

Mr. Coates, Automotive Sales Process is great for the novice too experienced. He uses great examples of why the process is so important in keeping gross and building a list of loyal customers. Mr. Coates also reached out to me after the course as a kindness to answer any questions I may still have. Top course and instructor.

The course was informative and well delivered. Each explanation was easy to understand and made sense as well. My expectations were to learn more specific examples of each part of the sales process, including specific responses to the most common scenarios (objections). Terry did provide some examples, but overall the content was an overview and quite generic. Buying the course was easy and affordable and Terry does build value, enough to feel like it what worth taking the course, at least to me, that have no prior automotive sales experience. It is a good first course to take and it was helpful, but it didn't blow my mind. Terry mentioned some resources where to get product knowledge, but it would be nice if the course had links to more resources and places where to find more information and so on. Overall, I appreciate the knowledge imparted by the instructor and maybe in a few days, once I start my new job, I can rewatch the videos and squeeze more details out of it. Best, Sebastian

There was no specific example. Too general, no meat & potatoes. The speaker should dig deeper in 7 steps.

Completely clear and concise. I wish I was taught this right at the beginning of my Car Sales career now I can clearly see what ive been doing wrong entirely and fix it. I also loved the touching points for real time customers at the end very relatable! Great job sir!

I'm a brand new car sales pro. This course helped clarify (and solidify) some of the concepts of the process I was a bit shaky on. I plan to go through this course at least a few more times, until this process feels more like background knowledge. Thanks so much!

I handle digital marketing and one of my new clients is a car brand. As a marketeer, I believe it is crucial to understand the sales process and the challenges the sales team go through. Our marketing is only as good as the sales process and this course does an excellent job in outlining a great process. I have gleaned so many great ideas that I can incorporate into my marketing campaigns for new leads and also retention campaigns for existing customers. Highly recommended.
