I found this course really informative, concise and helpful. Because the course videos are precise and straight to the point, it encourages me to implement these simple practice. The best part of the course is the recipes which Linda shows us how to make these delicious soups. I will be buying Linda's book aswell. I hope Linda creates more courses. Thank you

Great idea, just hope I can find all the ingredients in Africa, this is a lot simpler than I had expected, I do not have to train to become a chef, just a simple principle and way to implement it.

Useful course! This eating style reminds me of the Volumetrics diet, eating many foods high in water content, in order to feel fuller and satiated quicker. The recipes are great foundations that you can add onto, and are all simple to follow. Don't deprive yourselves, enjoy life!!

It's a great concept and it makes perfect sense. This is what my grandmother always told me to do, but she told me to use water before every meal instead - I think eating soup is more flavorful. I will definitely try it. Thanks for this wonderful video.

I really enjoyed this course. Basically, this course recommends eating low-calorie soups as a appetizer with your meals. It explains why eating soups will help you lose weight and provides several soup recipes that are easy to make. As someone who has tried different types of weight loss tips, I know that making one or two small changes to your diet can lead to great results for your long-term health. After watching this course, I started eating soup or a salad as an appetizer and my weight loss became visibly noticeable after a couple of weeks. I also started drinking 2-3 liters of water per day. If you are looking for a weight loss technique that is effective and easy to manage, I'd recommend following the advice in this course.

Finally the cat is out of the bag. This system makes perfect sense. And it is easy to understand. The instructor really does a great job. A lot of this goes avainst what we have been taught but hey the Asians know something.They do not have an obesity problem like we do. But eat just as much. This is an excellent course, easy to unxerstand ane very doable. I will definately get her book!

Love the way things are discussed and the awesome soup recipes are great. It's motivating too. I started to add soups to my meals and I love this idea! The soups do help me eat less and they are very comforting. I recommend this class.
