"I wanted to send my personal thanks to Chris Bankes Sivewright, for helping me step into my potential outside of fear and anxiety. Since I've started this course, I've started writing again, as well as started teaching workshops to a small group of over 600 people. I'm sincerely looking forward to continuing with your course, as well as future courses, and peeling back more layers of my own perception. With sincere thanks!"
"This is an really amazing course, I wouldn't mention this as a course rather it is truly a therapy. I definitely suggest everyone to take this up"

I am looking forward to this course, it has just what I want to know- how to create a book using and sharing my interest in art as therapy, and also art activities with others. I have given it four stars based on what I see is in store, and because I am enjoying another, much longer course on art therapy by the same instructor. The Comprehensive Course has many students with real talent posting images and ideas every day. My instructor- Chris- offered me this course to follow in the interim as I need to complete something so that I can get started with my book and other projects - I am teaching watercoclor art already, but now for the remedial aspects... check in later for an updated review.
I enrolled in this course to give me some credits and insights into art therapy as I am wanting to eventually get my diploma in art therapy so that I can officially run art therapy courses. This has been a wonderful course in that it has not only does it deliver on these desired results, I have also found it incredibly therapeutic and inspirational.

The information Chris has provided prior to course commencement is amazing. I have particularly enjoyed reading the articles on loneliness. Very happy with my choice of course so far.
The instructor is professional and interesting. The course is well structured. This course is the most hands on course I have taken on Udemy. I am glad I did this course.
So far so good. I am excited to learn more about the subject! HALF COURSE UPDATE The course is really engaging and easy to follow. It offers comprehensive examples which can be written down for further practice.
Very informative and interesting so far. I really liked the part where we need to draw different emotions. Stressbook which I have just started is very compelling.
I chose this course as I'm actually planning a book/guide for young people, with a view to helping them understand just this... their inner world, and how to manage feelings in healthy ways. This naturally leads to workshops (safe distance of course, design your own mask) as I've been asked to facilitate some creative expression groups in schools and I need a starting point with some good ideas. I'm familiar with the wheel of emotions - there is a version for young people too, and it can be a terrific tool for identifying feelings but some, but not others. There are those, often from families who 'don't do feelings', who absolutely cannot recognise or name their emotions and it's about supporting them in create an emotional vocabulary - perhaps where pictures speak better than words. Looks like there will be plenty of inspiration here. Thank you.
It had some really good information and opportunities for participation, but I was looking for more direct information about writing the book and running a workshop. I'm glad I took the course, though. Thank you for your caring heart. It was evident in all your lectures.
It is a really a good course. It is explained very good and clear. i am very happy and thankful for this course.
After having done the much longer Art Therapy Course with Chris, this is a good follow-up in terms of content, and he also challenges us to put it into practical use – sharing it with others! either via self-publishing and/or running a workshop. As an instructor, he's highly interactive, so you will definitely not feel alone. Engage in the QnA!
Everything you need to know about running a workshop or writing a book is here, but not as like as you think, here is the easiest way of creating your content for your future book or workshop. Why? Because with the instructor Chris I learned how to write an amazing book and with his examples & lectures in this course, I'm sure that I'm able to do more for my business. I'm still continuing the course and until here I was satisfied!
