This course was fantastic! It had very good ways and techniques along with great guidance while painting. The only bad thing about it was the paint. It was very light color, very thin, and, for me, it was difficult to find. However, it was a very nice beginner course, and I do recommend it to you.

This class is great for doing as a parent child project. Some of the pictures are more successful than others for young children, or for kids that are less skilled with their brushstrokes. I had my daughter use a marker for some outlining because she was getting frustrated with our thicker paint and her brush skills. Even with different materials, she still has fun and makes awesome paintings.

I'm an adult but I wanted to get some experience of using acrylics so I signed up for this course knowing it was primarily aimed at children. The lessons are pretty basic but the results are good. I had fun doing the exercises and was especially impressed by the lesson on painting the Maasai people. I think this would be excellent for children, the tutor has a great manner and makes sure children know that they can do their own thing and don't have to slavishly copy her, encouraging them to be creative.
