I am sorry, but I am quite dissapointed. There are few reasons why: 1. The shield in Eagle SW section would not even work because there is no connectiont to Arduino ground pin. 2. It is not that practical, because sometimes information how generate files for fabrication are missing. Also instructor shows how to create for example LCD shield, but what LCD is he using and why? Why does he connects it the way he did? Will it even fit there? I know I can just google it, but I think it would be nice to show how it looks physically. Show maybe datasheet to explain why we are connecting just certain pins and others remain disconnected and so on. 3. There was shown how to create shield with Arduino Nano. We ended up with shield which has LEDs hidden under the nano board so they are not visible and it is quite useless the way it is. It would make more sense to just create wider board (compared to Nano board itself) and place LEDs so they are visible. 4. Proteus section is missing information on where to get libraries and it is demonstrated on professional version of SW which is pricey. 5. Some schematics and boards created were just so ugly. I know it is not that important if it works, but it is good practise to make schematics readable and not placing all components on top of each other, create loops of wire in PCB or things like that. I can't unsee it. That being said, this course can be used as quick intro to many PCB design tools if you want maybe to compare them quickly and decide which fits you and which you will be using in the future. It also provides information on where to get Arduino shield templates and Arduino board libraries.
