This course was challenging to follow, especially with the instructor's accent, which is not their fault. The speed of the examples was too fast for someone in the beginner phase. There was no way I could follow along and do the same. Very disappointed

He spoke in broken English. That made it hard to follow directions. When I read the transcript, it still didn't make much sense. The steps can be deciphered, but I just wanted something simple as a recap before I started my term paper. Udemy usually has great content. This one was a loss.

The person's accent was so thick it was hard to articulately understand what he was saying. The volume from his microphone was extremely low, and if he could zoom in when demonstrating how to navigate the different steps, the visual would be so much better, also.

The Mindmap section was a little long and the other parts were not anything different than what a google search would provide.

It is very difficult to understand and the closed captioning doesn't help because their translation is wholly inaccurate

The videos themselves could use some editing. Sometimes you could hear other people talking and at one point, it sounded like there were dogs or wolves howling in the background. It was a tad distracting. However, the information in here was good to know. I also learned something new with creating a word map in Word.

The Narrator has a foreign accent that is very hard to understand. The audio quality is also very bad.
