Yes, It is a good course for me, I believe my anger stemmed from addition and the fear of not knowing if I was going to be able to have a roof over my head. Now that I have a stable and healthy living environment, This course so far has helped me understand, and learn more of why I had anger issues in the past.

I had to pry a little bit to understand some of the tools that were taught in this course, and it often distracted me from the rest of what was being said. I had to rewind in order to think things through again.

It used esoteric & subjective terminology. I would like a credit for another Anger Management Course that is in Best Practices on not on Transcendental Spirituality

Yes, definitely it's a nice lecture series on Anger Management, I enjoyed it whole heartedly.
In this, I learned how to control ur anger and how to face one's anger in critical situations.
At last it also tell us that how meditation is effective tool of anger management.
