What I liked about the course - the flow with which the course goes on seems plausible. For all the new people wanting to get into analytics - you have to understand that during interviews a smart interviewer would test your analytics acumen based on different business scenarios and how would you use analytics to solve such problems and this course albeit small but does a brilliant job by hitting the right notes. The course is then followed by engaging case studies from various applications of analytics in varied industries... Analytics or Data Science or whatever hyped up words that you may face in this industry today only exists to benefit the business(unless you are a researcher).

This is an introductory course on the application of analytics. Gopal explains the application of analytics by using real life case studies. This will help potential students to understand the usage of Analytics in real life. Analytics is a vast subject, Gopal does an excellent job of introducing it in least possible time.

The course does not provide any hint of data that might support business decision that are presented. I can see he did not even try to go there and it was not the goal of the course, but he went too far. Nobody will recognize that this is about Analytics, if it did not say so on the title. If the title said 'Several Business Strategy Cases', I might give it two stars.
