Understand consumer behavior is same as understand the market and the wants and needs of the people, but most of the time consumer behavior is very trickily because the consumers are not static they change easily and it involves cost to consistently follow they behavior, this is the difficult part for our business, but i think things have being mean simply here.

Our market share is very low in the company i work for , the only factor i know which is very obvious is that my company fail to understand the consumer, but in this course, iam not a business person but i just understand that now the consumer is the key to the success of any serious business.
