Why take this course?

This course is ideal for Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Biomedical, and Robotic Engineering Students.

Before enrolling in the course I expect that you must have a good idea about current electricity, semiconductors, etc. If you don't have any idea about it then you can enroll in the rest of my courses which deal with all these concepts in depth.

Want to learn electronics from scratch, this is the perfect course to start. Analog Electronics is a branch of electronics that is derived from semiconductors and has wide applications in Electronics, Electrical Instrumentation, and the Medical field, all of these fields are interrelated with each other.  During pandemics, people use oximeters to check the oxygen level of blood. An oximeter is an electronic device that is a biomedical application. This is just a small example from my side to explain to you the importance of Analog electronics. Thus this course is suitable for Electronics, Biomedical, Robotics, Electrical, and Instrumentation engineering students as well. Below you will get the description of the course.

In the previous course, we learned some basic concepts of semiconductors so, from this particular course, we will study analog electronics. Analog electronics is a combination of conductors and semiconductors.

This is part 1 of analog electronics and in this course, we will study all the concepts of diodes and capacitors although capacitors don't come in semiconductors it is used in a lot of wave-shaping circuits and therefore we will be studying it in this course.

@ Roadmap of the course:-

  1. Revision of diodes (studied in course 2)

  2. The behavior of diode in reverse bias and in forward bias condition

  3. Introduction to Electric Circuit Studio software (Available on mobile and on Desktop as well)

  4. Diode characteristics and Shockley's equation

  5. Modeling of diode

  6. Working of diodes and diode circuits (Basic and challenging circuits)

  7. Clipper Circuits (diode as full-wave and half-wave rectifier)

  8. Tips and tricks to solve complex diode circuits

  9. Capacitors and it's uses in-circuit designing

  10. Clamper circuits

  11. Working of Zener diode and its uses in-circuit

I planned to use Proteus software for this course but then changed my decision because Electric Circuit Studio Software is easy to use and absolutely made for beginners and most importantly it is available in mobile as well as in desktop versions. So those who don't have good processors in their laptops to run software like Proteus or Multisim or those who want to learn and simulate circuits on mobile while they are traveling can also learn both of the things after enrolling in the course. I hope you will surely enjoy the course.

@ Outcomes of this course:-

  • You will understand the workings of the diodes and their real-life examples.

  • You will get acquainted with the workings of the diode circuits.

  • You will learn how to simulate the circuits on the Electric Circuit Studio software.

  • You will understand wave shaping circuits and

  • Many more concepts that I'm not revealing here.

So do join the course. I hope you will surely enjoy the course.

Très difficile à comprendre, il parle beaucoup trop vite et trop de OK.... Mauvaise prononciation. Ouff ça va être dur...

Excellent course. The best part about all the practical buddy courses is that you will know what are learning like for example generally when you are solving any circuit problem although you may get the correct solution for that problem but you dont exactly know what you are solving or you wont have a proper idea about how the circuit which you solved looks in real world but in this course you not only know about what you are solving but you will also know how the circuit that you solved looks in real world and also learn what changes do you need to make in the circuit that you solved theoretically in order to make it feasible in real world.

I'm giving money to my university just to get a certificate, I would like to learn all the concepts of electronics from sir. I use to think I know everything about diodes, before enrolling in the course I thought why the instructor is taking 12 hours to explain diodes and capacitors but when I enrolled in the course, I understood that I hardly know anything about diodes. So those who want to learn electronics in depth I will recommend this course. Now I'm thinking to enroll in his rest of the courses as well.

analog electronics is one of the toughest branch of electronics but the way practical buddy has explained the things, to me it seems pretty easy. I had completed p-n junction diode, the only thing I can say is that instructor is master in this field. Thanks sir for providing such a great content. The content you will learn in this course is way different than what you may learn in your colleges, youtube, all other paid courses available on udemy and coursera , etc.

I enrolled this course so that I can revise few things but after enrolling, I learned many new concepts plus I also like the way tutor had implemented the circuits on the software. I got to know what all things you should keep in mind when you are designing certain circuit.

A very good Course to learn analog electronics in detailed way. I have an E&E engineering degree and what you will learn in this course is very similar to what you'll learn in a university, but it is explained in a very simple way and at a reasonable pace. Plus it gives you practical examples and it has a good balance between theory and examples. I wish I was taught like this in university. Would recommend strongly.

The only drawback of the course is the accent of the instructor else this is one of the best course for electronics at-least better than what I learned in coursera. In coursera you find lots of tutors explaining the concepts with ppt which is little difficult to understand but here I really liked the way the instructor presented the concept.

I enrolled for the very first course of electricity enjoyed the content then also enrolled for semiconductors and now this one I can only say one thing practical-buddy has structured each and every course properly. First time in my life I'm enjoying electronics. I hope same faculties like practical-buddy join my college so that we will enjoy the overall learning process.

One of the best instructor for electronics. I enrolled for various courses on skillshare, coursera etc but no one taught like him. This course is fully technical. Those who want to learn electronics from scratch I would suggest enroll in all his courses he explains all the concepts in depth

I enrolled to all of his courses all were interrelated and I really enjoyed all of them so I am giving him 4.5 stars. I am cutting 0.5 star because his videos are bit lengthy
