Was looking for more in-depth learning but found this useful. I did learn helpful concepts and tools to better manage my SAN switches. Thank you for this course.

Instructor provides straight-forward instruction and covers the basics first without going into too much detail. Nicely done.

Yes, very good. Unfortunately the transcript is not 100% coherent to what the trainer says. Transcript is very important to fill up words that I don't immediately understand from the trainer's speech (sometimes he is quite quick). Anyway, overall impact is positive --------------------------- As for second half chapters, the transcripts contain a great amount of errors, and video captures on the tools are very poor :-( ... too often it is foggy and not readable. Please record a master screen with a lower resolution, if the codec cannot show it sharply ! As for the course, logging-troubleshooting before concept explanation, is very hard. I am sorry, but these are the problems.

This course has a lot of useful information. The instructor hit lots of topics, he used real world logs and not something made up. I liked that he went through the error logs and explained what to look for when you get an error. He also told you about the codes the Brocade has and how to look them up once you find the error code on your switch. I liked that he showed you in the logs what to look for and the errors what they meant. The zoning information was very informative also. He shows different ways to zone and which is the easiest way to zone on the Brocade. Overall this course was very good and I enjoyed it!
