This was a great an fun exercise into creating fiction. As a non-writer, it was easy to follow and introduced a lot of great concepts that might be familiar to writers, but made them accessible. I don't have a finished product yet, but this was a great start and I have a full 24 chapter outline with sub-plots and character profiles so am set up for success - just need to apply the concepts for scenes, dialogue and action sequences and fill out the details to have a full-fledged work of fiction.

Wow great step by step guide to writting a novel that includes the use of outside software like Google Docs and Plottr . In practice i do know the skills and work needed to write a best seller are understated here - but hey what a leg up to start: from begineer to expert. I would suggest if you get to upgrade this, that ChatGPT is a fantastic tool to do basic research. For example to describe how a medical illness might affect the hero. None the less a full five stars.

This course was very useful for me. It showed how to use Chat GPT as an assistant for novelists. After all I understood that up to now AI is not able to write a whole fiction book on its own. The writer has to break down his numerous tasks to make Chat GPT assist him with each single task.

Useful basic information. The first part was well organized, but the second half was incomplete. He also referenced a notebook which could not be found in any of the references or course tabs.

This course wasn't useful at all. It is very light on actual ChatGPT implementation and usage and even lighter still on how to implement ChatGPT with your storytelling. He makes it seems as though this course will somehow unlock storytelling and ChatGPT implementation and it does neither. It's very confusing and poorly put together and he hops between different ChatGPT tabs. At one point it feels like an entire section was skipped and it leaves you confused as to where to follow along. I'm not trying to be mean, but the creator of this program really needs to stop trying to be so humorous. It's like he's trying to practice voiceovers and he does this so slowly and painfully that it eats up a lot of time that could have been spent better. And to end it all terribly, the last and final chapter ... I kid you not ... the creator applies Dungeons and Dragons type elements to one of the main characters of his sample stories, which is a complete and utter waste of time and it's something literally nobody will use at any point if they're taking their writing seriously. It's like he was trying to show off that he plays this type of game or something. It added nothing to the storytelling process and I was actually incredibly miffed when the course just ended abruptly with this being the last part of it. Please do not try this course. The course looks like it was put together by a 5th grader making their first PowerPoint. He keeps referencing him teaching a high school class on YouTube from like a decade ago. He didn't even bother to create a new video for this course. He also doesn't know how to pronounce archetype and he's supposed to be someone teaching how to write novels. It's pronounced "ark-uh-type" ... by the way. Not ark-type. There's no instructions on how to finish the book. There's no instructions on how to have ChatGPT help you enhance your writing. There's instructions about what to do when you finish your book. There's actually no instructions on finishing your book at all. It literally just ends with the Dungeons and Dragons nonsense. There's no information on how to publish your book when it's finished. This course worthless and infuriatingly bad. Do not waste your money. Look elsewhere.

This course helped me understand the possibilities of using ChatGPT in writing my fiction novel. I would have liked it to be a little more in-depth. But never the less it is an excellent introduction to AI.
