This course was much like watching an intriguing debate, but the focus was more on understanding the concept than proving what was better or worse. I now have a clear grasp of what an Agile approach could be useful for.

I have worked with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies for software products. Overall, I do think a hybrid Agile approach can be successful. I think there could have been more discussion on this topic and examples provided that are applicable to software solutions.

I did like some of the good questions you addressed Chris and reminded me of some small things that I forgot after I took my PPM certification. I could not give 5 because I would've liked more into the section on hybrid approach. I was suprised by some of what Doug said in that section as I took my certification last year and it was a lot of emphasis on the hybrid being the newest and best aproach. Actually, majority of the questions on the exam where about hybrid approach.

It is not really a course. It is a discussion between 2 individuals, SMEs on each subject either both agile and waterfall where talk about pros, cons and benefits of each methodology from their perspective.

It was a reasonable discussion but it continually felt like Chris was trying to shove a square peg (Gantt chart) in a round hole (Agile). It could have been done without putting Doug in a position of defending Agile.
