According to a recent report, greater than 71% of companies use Agile approaches globally. Agile is not only being applied in software development but beyond it such as marketing, finance, audits, product development, construction, drug development and so many more different types of projects.

As the adoption of agile has grown so has the demand for Scrum and in turn, Scrum Masters. More companies and people are jumping on the Scrum bandwagon.

== What is Agile software development? ==

There are various definitions and explanations that exist on the internet. In a nutshell, Agile is a way of working that was initially applied in the world of software development to release value to customers faster. Agile is the amalgamation of values, practices, and principles such as iterative and incremental development, adaptive planning, high levels of team collaboration, self-organization, cross-functionality, and continual improvement. In combination, these practices have enabled several companies to get their innovative products to market faster and cheaper. The thinking from similar agile practice was embodied in the Agile manifesto that was written in 2001.

== What is Scrum? ==

Scrum is the dominant agile framework used by the majority of agile companies across the world. Scrum is a lightweight method that enables companies to solve complex adaptive problems while delivering the highest possible value to end-users and customers.

Scrum has simple rules, roles, and artifacts that enable any organization or person to apply it in their environment and quickly gain benefits from it.

In the last few years, the popularity of Scrum and Scrum Masters has gone through the roof. Interestingly, it has surpassed the demand for Project Managers too.

== Who is the Scrum Master? ==

The Scrum Master is a role in scrum that helps teams, stakeholders, and the organization at large to understand Scrum values, rules, artifacts, and its successful application. The Scrum Master leads the team using servant leadership techniques and unlike a traditional manager does not impose his/her opinions or ways of working on the team. The Scrum Master serves as a coach who leads the team from standing behind them.

It's been good. I like that the courses are broken down in shorter sections and videos to make it easy to learn when you can and at your own pace.

I would have loved more learning about the topic and fewer videos about going to the company website. But I still learned good information and I am thankful for the extra helpful information on the site. I just think it only needed one video at the end to expound on that vs multiple.

Get background knowledge, think I’m looking for a little more minutes and as of yet I haven’t gotten it. Also, when he is showing himself on teams, he has the dropbox on the right hand side so you cannot see all them on work and is in the frame of presentation, so for example, the scrum Definition and can’t see all of what a bullet point was on it Thank you so much for your reply. I have gotten further into the presentation and it is much better on a lap top than on an iPhone. :-)

This course doesn't make any sense, it's not teaching anything. This instructor stutters and stumbles his way through examples that don't make any sense. This information is boring and not remotely educational.

It was informative, I really enjoyed the course. I didn't liked the attitude of the lecturer, being multitasking, writing in the same time giving the lecture. It was a form of disrespect for the audience. However, the course is useful and I recommend it. My best, Angela PS. To avoid misunderstandings, I recommend the lecturer to explain at the beginning of the course that my occurs situations when he must write or answer in the chat. Best, A.

A bit unorganized - the order of information presented does not make much sense to me, but the info itself is good

Delivery is stilted, repetitive and monotonous. The guy sounds very distracted, like he is checking his email or social media while speaking. He also spends most of the time typing. This results in him taking twice as long as needed to say what he is saying. Surely the least one can expect from a course is that the teacher is 100% focused on the course when he is recording the course material? He says “you know” multiple times per minute, which is an annoying tic and again is indicative of his lack of focus on the content. It is so bad that it is painful. And how is Section 3 at all useful or relevant? He has taught virtually nothing about Scrum up to this point, and then he starts launching in to a detailed waffle (I wanted to say explanation, but waffle is more appropriate) about the changes in Scrum in 2020 compared to previous iterations? Why? How is this useful to anyone? Last and not least, the course claims to include FCAS certification in the price. This is a lie. When you go to the certification page on the course provider's website, careersprints.com (as instructed), it makes you pay an extra $1.49 for the certification. This is dishonest and a complete con. If I could rate this course zero stars, I would. I tried to request a refund, but this is not possible because I went all of the way to the end, desperately seeking some useful information somewhere, which I did not find, but apparently I have completed too much of the course for a refund!

Nice Experience So let's say you identified three opportunities in your sprint retrospective for improvement. At least one of them have to be implemented in the next sprint herself. Yes, it's a good approach to be able to introduce improvements as quickly as possible because the faster you introduce an improvement, the more efficient you'll become and the better the team would be able to function.

- Repetitive and unstructured words by the trainer - Talk too fast - Bad slide presentation - Noise at background - Not good in giving example
