I am far from a beginner using Affinity Designer. However, I have learned much from this course. I like that Dawid has created short lectures covering short topics. It is easy to use this course as a reference document because the lecture titles relate to succinct topics (i.e., individual tools, techniques, functions etcetera).

The course over all was basic, which as the description was a beginner's guide, I did however think there might have been a few working examples of the design aspect. over all it was a good course for someone who is completely new to this program

Thanks, Dawid, for another great class. Good overview of the changes in AD 1.8. There are no assignments to complete, but to be sure I was understanding what he was teaching, I went ahead and tried to recreate whatever art he had used in his demonstration. This was very useful to me because I was able to do a pretty good job, even without any step-by-step instructions. Showed me I'm starting to get the hang of creating designs in AD.

It's a great course for beginners into affinity design, it explains with ease about the tools and how to use them, great to learn the basics of the whole program, obviously only for beginners, it has great content, and the instructor gives clear explanation on how to use.

this was a good introductory course - I would not say that I now have superhero skills, but he covered the basics and introduced some new concepts to me. I would have liked to have had several pen tool and shape (for combinations) worksheets.

It was a very good course. The only problem I had was that I am using Affinity Designer for the Ipad and this was for the Desktop so it took me a little longer to get through it. But it was explained very well. Thank you.

The features were explained very well along with visuals to see how the specific tools worked. The course went at a good pace, not too slow or fast. I went thru the course just watching and listening, and plan to go back thru applying the different features to my specific designing. Thank you!

I have spent some time using Affinity Designer. This course answered several questions I had and showed some options I didn't realize existed. Only down fall was it would occasionally stop in the middle of a lesson causing me to selection a spot further in the lesson to continue. Thanks
