Well-designed and structured course! I put 4.5/5 What can be improved: Some info might be updated, such as certification details/comparison. Providing real examples related to some concepts will also be helpful. Thank you!

It was a good match. I loved the emotional intelligence section and the session on sprint retrospectives (how to organize and lead those, with good tips on activities)!

Only general information. Not specific examples mentioned as this is advanced level. I was expecting more real life experiences shared.

This course encapsulates a lot of material which I found to be very useful, relative as a whole and to each segment, and just deep enough to get an understanding of those areas. I like the way Chuck Cobb injects reality into what he teaches.

Some good content and very well presented. There was a little too much general leadership advise that isn't necessarily relevant to a role as Agile Delivery Manager, but overall a course worth taking!

Yes studying for the PMI agile cert. Really appreciate the review of agile certifications. I 'd prefer for the quizzes to be shorter or for another 30 minutes of class credit to begiven to account for quiz time. Thx

I like the lesson inclusion of Leadership styles and approaches as a baseline to understanding what can work best when leading a team. I also appreciate the candor of highlighting paradigms that can negate a team's progress - one of my favorites being - don't use agile as an excuse for not requiring discipline. I have been doing agile for more than 30 years ( think 'Instantiations' in the early 90s) and find this training to wholly encompass the core essentials from an experiential viewpoint. I will respectfully recommend to others.

Seems to love quizzes! Way too many questions compared to sections that just don’t seem to be needed. Example being 23 questions for section 6 that has 23 minutes of material. Information that seems to contradict / be incorrect compared to another course on the same subject. To many spelling (such as Heavily spelt Heavly discussion spelt discussio) and grammatical errors. There are parts where it repeats the same sentence. Says the course goes for a set time, but once you take in all the time to do the quizzes, which all have excessive number of questions, becomes inaccurate and you should allow yourself an extra hour or 2, if not longer (Depending on if you get 100% / if it recommends you recover certain sections.). Can’t recommend taking this course, easily skippable.

Really an excellent job through all the courses and the so many aspects discussed. Some may find these a bit boring with respect to communication but with respect to the task at hand and for so many aspects and subjects discussed, it is indeed very well structured and managed. As an active listener you can really get a lot from those courses. The work of an excellent project manager.

Too theoretical and shallow explanations. Lacks elaborated examples. Good pointers to more documentation

It was super interesting so far, the content is very rich and all the examples are applicable in a real office environment so, 5 stars for you, keep it this way!
