My major critique is he moves very fast, it was hard to keep up at times. Otherwise, I think it was a very thorough course and I feel comfortable using Premiere Pro. I look forward to taking his After Effects class next!

I came into this course knowing nothing about Adobe Premiere Pro. The pace of the course is well-suited to a beginner, and I'm finding it easy to follow along and try the techniques so far.

Phil is an excellent teacher, however it can be hard to follow along because I'm on Windows. This forces me to ask lots of questions and it seems that questions are only answered once every 24 hours. (I think it would be helpful if it visibly said the course instructor would be on a mac and if questions were answered twice a day.)

Before I take this course, I don't have any knowledge of Video Editing. This course is really great and the instructor is really amazing well explaining and I like the fact that he offer some exercise resources. I really recommend to take this course for whoever interested in Video Editing.

After taking the complete course i think that this course is meant for 2018 or before but not good/recommended for 2020 although phill has tried his best to keep thing up-to-date in terms of tools and other premier pro functionality stuff but as in 2020 these basis things are easily available out in the youtube. the main thing that i was looking in this course were how to effects like DOLLY effect, parallax effect, etc, but these and many similar things were missing. Also some of you may find his teaching style in the beginning of the course a bit confusing. He definitely has a lots of knowledge but he has not fully unfold himself in this course. I would suggest this course to you only i you are interested in learning how to use some basic tool ( not all are covered ) and documentary type/style of video editing. This course is not meant for you if you are looking for that some very cool commercials trending in 2020 with some cool effects and also if you want to edit action or adventure videos like you can found on official gopro channel. I hope Phill will definitely improve this course in the future. Best wishes Vaibhav

So far so good! A little advanced for me but it's most likely because I need to go to Video Theory and the very basics as I have zero experience with video.

Course Content wasn't easy to find. I had to go back and re-do. A brief layout tutorial would be good for first time users.

Estou apenas na lição 2. Introdução da introdução. Ou seja, não tenho muito ainda o que avaliar. É o que eu esperava até o momento.

I love how the instructor has made the course interactive, we learn more as we progress further into the course. Its a great hands on class.

I really like the "training wheels" approach to the subject matter. I always need some hand holding at first when I am trying to learn a new skill. I feel that I much rather set good habits from the start, especially when I don't know what I don't know. The coursework layout is fantastic and I like knowing ahead of time the topics we will be covering throughout the course.

I decided to take this course because I was interested in learning how to edit videos and I chose this course. I have the updated 2020 version of the software so some things were visually different but still similar. At the time of this review, I have not finished the course but it is easy to follow and hands-on learning. I am taking lots of notes when I can which helps a lot. I would recommend taking this course if someone is a beginner to editing like myself. Things aren't skipped over and rushed which I appreciate.

The way the instructor has been delivering the trainings are crystal clear so far. Still a long shot for me though and I am psyched to see the next training videos!
