This course lack step-by-step explanation of what we do and why we do. Theory should be explained while showing lab examples. Labs where manly "do that" or "copy that" what makes this course tiresome. React SPA example should be updated as some packages are deprecated. Also missing ui.frontend explanation. Overall, I gained more knowledge about AEM what is a good part of this course, but I expected more from the course.

More Hands on explanation needed for the important topics such as dispatcher and also need to cover remaining topics as well

The course focuses on manipulating nodes via CRX/DE. Several times it doesn't explain the meaning of the nodes that are being edited, copied or removed. It also doesn't go into any java or js

Some screens, especially the prompt and several sections, were not legible and this made it difficult to understand the platform's content.

Very good course for beginners who want to get started with AEM. Though I would like to see additional lessons on consuming REST APIs and Form based lab sessions.

It´s OK but skips a lot of explanation of how to create files or put code in the labs. The React and Adobe Data Layer are useless.

Overall the course content was remarkable and the way he explained things was very easy to understand. I was hoping for some more practical examples of building components. Again expect more detailed and longer training sessions on AEM.

I am used to authors appearing on the screen and saying hello, giving a bit of background about themselves and then starting the course. Maybe you could consider doing that in the subsequent version of the course

A lot of jumping around for the theoretical components makes it hard to understand at times, and it's mostly reading directly off slides

I'm brand new to AEM. I had already gone over the wknd tutorial on Adobe's website. This course filled out many concepts introduced in the tutorial. I got a lot out of it. There were some times I had to go back because I missed a step due to the information going by quickly. Also the data event layer resources seemed to have issues so I couldn't install it properly. Overall it was a good purchase and was beneficial for me to take.

The concepts are not well explained. The author only shows how to do it not why. I had to go back and forth so many times in order to link the explanations among themselves. I felt like just I was only following a recipe

I am stuck at step 43: "Lab: Create Content Root For We.Train" More specifically, when I click "Properties" on the "we-train" page, I get the following error in http://localhost:4502/sites.html/content: 500 Not Found Cannot serve request to /mnt/overlay/wcm/core/content/sites/properties.html ,as AEM tries to access something that apparently doesn't have permission or inheritance for editing (http://localhost:4502/mnt/overlay/wcm/core/content/sites/properties.html?item=%2Fcontent%2Fwe-train)???? I need help, thank you
