I'm giving it this rating because so far this is the same thing I've heard in other books and classes - If I could create goals based on what I wanted from life I wouldn't have this issue.

Sad that so many of the recommended apps, websites and the New Zealand mindfulness mp3 just don't work or are all outdated/ no longer exist.

This was a magnificent course! I've found it to be extremely helpful for my ADHD and will be continuing to utilize the knowledge I gained from this course from now on. I can't recommend this course enough! If you have ADHD like myself, do yourself a favor and give this course a shot!

I just wanted to say how useful I have found this course as a 55 year old who has struggled with ADHD all my life - long before it was a diagnosis and I was just that kid who needed "discipline" and "direction" and "never finished anything". I am perhaps fortunate that I stumbled into IT (before there were personal computers!) at the age of 17 and then rode the tech wave through the start of micro-computing through to today and currently work for a digital agency creating e-commerce websites. I wish this course had been around when I was young, especially through my 20's, as I then became aware that I was so different to everyone else I knew and it was really confusing. (I was a space cadet/geek at school, so wasn't really aware of it) This course has been immensely useful to me, as I battle with maintaining concentration, trying to keep up in the constantly changing IT landscape. The tips and suggestions are smart and concise and Grant presents them with an easy style, utilising great video and audio quality! I confess I'm not done with the course yet (hey I'm ADD) but am really enjoying what I have witnessed and incorporated into my daily lifestyle so far. Thanks heaps Grant.

I appreciate some of the approach that this course takes, geared towards leading a productive life as an adult with ADHD, being an adult with ADHD myself. Life is about perspective, and the road you choose to take. I read numerous books on the perspective of seeing ADHD as a gift, rather than as a drawback, which when understood, is a great advancement over many other people (those without the differing perspective an ADD'er/ADHD'er has). One thing is for sure, without planning to succeed, you inadvertently plan to fail, meaning that you have to understand your condition (why you think the way that you do, and what you can do to make a change for the better, one step at a time). In "Master Your ADHD Brain!" Grant offers another step to help us do just that.

No doctor ever told me I should take medication for my ADHD. I never even considered that this condition could affect me. The further I got into this course, I found that the lessons definitely applied to me. What this tells me, is that this stuff applies to everyone and anyone. Definitely worth your time!

Never formally diagnosed, but it is pretty obvious that I am ADHD - been largely coping with it on my own. This course really helped me get my arms around how to deal with my ADHD with lots of tips and tools that I am now using in my day to day life.

Like many others here I have never been diagnosed with ADHD. Most days, however, I struggle to find focus and put my attention on the things I know I need to do. This course gives you an understanding of what is going on in your brain (and your emotions to some extent) in language that is clear. The many strategies given for dealing with the condition on a daily basis are precise and practical. I particularly appreciated the written material available for download. I would recommend this course for anyone dealing with this mental issue.

This is a really helpful and eye-opening course. I knew I had an ADD brain as I studied the symptoms, but I had no idea what causes it. This course explains what ADHD/ADD is and provides techniques we can do to help overcome our ADD problems. Things like the diet intake, sleep process and meditation. Highly recommended for people who want to do something with their ADD problems.

Having battled with ADHD .I have found this course to help with my level of attention. I have only implemented some elements of the course into my life and I have noticed a difference.Plan to implement more shortly.Most of the material is very logical and well explained. I would recommend this course to anyone who has Anxiety with ADHD.
