Great exercises that will kick your butt and strengthen your core. I agree with the tips on nutrition and have used this ab workout along with my existing HIT routine. I would recommend this program to anyone who is interested in strengthening their core and pulling their six-pac out of the cooler.

Alguns dos exercícios para iniciantes são difíceis para eles por precisarem de força abdominal para executá-los. Outros do nível avançado são fáceis para este nível, assim como alguns do nível master. Vários exercícios trabalham o abdômen de forma isométrica e não darão volume ou definição a ele. Some of the exercises for beginners are difficult for them because they need abdominal strength to execute them. Other advanced level are easy to this level, as well as some of the master level. Various exercises work the abdominal isometric form and will not volume or definition to it.

This is a great workout plan! I find the Master's workout a bit too hard, but the Basic and Advanced are very doable.
