Statistical Process Control (SPC) refers to the use of statistical techniques to control a process, production or manufacturing method through monitoring of process behavior, as a result discovering issues related to internal systems, and allowing for corrective actions to be taken before failure occurs. Audio quality was bad. The presenter was just reading the slides. Expectation was that he would be explaining the concepts by taking examples and teach how actually these charts are prepared and analyzed

The instructor is difficult to understand and the audio cuts in and out. Also the material is basic to the point I could've gotten it off of a quick google search.

It was tough to understand the English. Content was okay, but instructor basically just read from the slides. The slides helped to understand what was being read.
