Lots of exercises for the gym, some stretches, for my taste too much emphasis on food but I know a lot of people are in to it so: good course.

The information is solid and I love the workouts. They are tough and the diet information has really helped a lot. You can tell he knows his stuff. I have paid a lot more for other courses that don't give this much info. So I think it was great for the investment
