I recently took a meditation course, and it was absolutely life-changing! I had a interesting time taking this class on meditation. I would say that I learn I lot a lot of different types of meditating. I'm new to meditating and I feel that this is a great course for beginners like myself and novice as well. Thanks to the instructor in the course, she was an awesome teacher.

Firstly, a person taking out time and doing a course to help others is greatly commendable !! Thank you madam for all the effort you put in and the intention to share things with the wider world ! I would have liked to more detail on the way to take in-breath/out-breath (duration in seconds for beginner to advanced, how to take - is it diaphragm breathing or only upper chest breathing, how much full to take .. is it full lung capacity or just till comfortable level ... etc. ). Thanks again, Madam. You've done a great job. Please include a bit more details on diaphragm breathing and it's importance and usage in pranayama. That's my personal opinion.

I'm not sure how other people have left a 3.5 Ratings. She completely delivered what I expected out of this course. I had prior knowledge of Pranayama and hence I can 100% guarantee that the teacher did an excellent job. I'll recommend this to anyone who wants to give a great start to their prayanayama practice.
