First of, thank you so much Laura. Your course is one the best here on Udemy concerning healthy diet. Just like what the title says, Laura gave keys - not just one, but 7 - on how we can live a healthy diet lifestyle. No fluff and no rehashed information - everything's genuine, straightforward, useful and applicable. For those new to the healthy diet lifestyle, this course will give you everything you need to know, a full comprehensive roadmap - so to speak. For those who is currently doing diet - I believe you'll still get a few "gold nuggets" to take home from Laura's course. Short course - but abundant with important healthy diet information. Laura's courses are always very interesting, well researched, presented and laid out. I have her book - The Alkaline 5 Diet - and this is a really great course to add on and I feel inspired to start making some changes around the alkaline diet and lifestyle. I know that this diet works, I have just lapsed a bit recently and this will get me back on track!
