Elif is a wonderful teacher. The lessons were extremely clear and easy to follow. It seems like this would be a valuable course that students at many different levels could benefit from. I always felt great after doing one of the sessions.

Technique and teaching points are reasonable. Breathing ques - does the teacher actually understand the Pilates breathing herself? Her breathing ques are not consistent. This is a fundamental part of the Pilates method and sadly it made me doubt her as a teacher.

I’m fairly new to Pilates so doing an hour long class was killing me. One day, without even looking for an express Pilates course, I ended up finding this one and I’m glad I did. It’s beginner friendly, easy to follow along, and perfect if you’re just getting started with your you practice. I highly recommend you check this out!
