Definitely I can say that this course is of practical use for those who is going to lose weight effectively. When people think about getting rid of obesity and gaining their ideal weight, just do they visualize a lot of exercise and diet. But they don't aware of small habits which can give remarkable results soon; therefore, course comes in handy in this regard.

This course is great in many ways, but what makes it a 4 star course instead of a 5 star course is that it doesn't touch on the new phenomenon of application delivered junk food. It's the most addicting and immediate source of obesity. Also, the course could also be longer and include more applicable tips. Most of the course assumes you're a person who gets invited to buffets often, but the last time I've gone to a buffet was 5 years ago.

Good course but you could add some excercises and notes - that are some hand outs for printing. You can also consider to add mind maps about this couse. This can help to make a glance of view to all contents of the course.

That this course was not about to loose weight within a month or two but it teach's us to choose a healthy life and healthy eating habits that will make you live longer. A lot of helpful tips, I'll try especially the one with daily weight tracking. (I'm not sure if these things were in the course and I just don't remember them because I didn't watch it in one go) But here's a list of potential things to add: -identifying when you're really hungry or just want to eat sweets -identify patterns when you're more likely to overeat (drinking alcohol for example or eating something sweet that actually makes you want to eat more unhealthy stuff) -if you can't manage how much you eat, have money and are too lazy to prepare food on your own, you can order diet food with calculated calories intake that will be delivered to you daily
